What is quorum-based confirmation?

You set a minimum number of people needed. When that many people commit, the event automatically confirms and everyone gets a calendar invite.

What are the different link types in LinxTime?

LinxTime offers three link types: POLL for group decisions with multi-option voting, SIGNUP for sessions and classes with capacity limits, and BOOKING for 1-on-1 meetings with calendar sync.

Do participants need to create an account?

No. They tap your link, pick dates, and commit in 20 seconds. No app download or signup required. Guest registration is supported for SIGNUP links.

How does the waitlist work?

When a session or event reaches capacity, additional participants are automatically placed on the waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist is promoted automatically.

Can I collect payments for events?

Yes, with the Business plan you can set up Kickstarter-style pledge funding. Payments are authorized but only captured when the event confirms. If the event fails to meet quorum, pledges are automatically released.
